Our Africa short term Mission trips can go any time, scheduled Summer Breaks , half term breaks, Spring Breaks any time. Msafiri short term Mission trips are interdenominational with an emphasis on Service, prayer and discipleship.
We will tailor make the best 
short term missions trip to Africa-Uganda or Kenya for you or your particular group after talking to you to access your needs and requirements including budget.
What we will do for mission groups includes:
- Suggesting and designing an itinerary, informal meetings with you and your leaders where possible if you are part of an established group.
- We advise on mission flight booking, thought we do not do them our selves.
- We arrange ground transportation on mission in Africa and we provide trained English speaking drivers and guides.
- We provide all meals, accommodation, Safari and Excursions arrangements, we help with Visa applications and pre departure information and orientation.
How we choose the mission projects:
We are often asked by organisations and Churches, charities and Local NGOs looking for links and short term missioners in Africa-Uganda and Kenya but we only work with a few specific mission organisations and Churches , most of which are from personal relationships that we have developed over the years.
We visit all our short term mission projects in Africa -Uganda and Kenya personally and do not send volunteers or mission teams to do anything we don’t know much about.We only work with genuine Mission projects and 
organisations which we know have a long-term commitment to the local communities where they are based.
The mission projects we work with exist weather they have volunteers or not but need support they get from our over seas missioners and volunteers.
Where your outreach mission money goes: Msafiri 
asks for a fee to go on a short term outreach mission to cover the costs of running our organisation. Without charging a fee we would not be able to exist.
Fee levels are set to match costs on each short term mission or volunteer trip and a percentage is given to the organisations and Churches we work with, though most times its in form or materials than money.
The short term mission fees paid help us to provide what you need to travel and stay safely and comfortably in Africa during your short term mission trip time, this means hiring and using good drivers, using good ethical hotels and local suppliers in Uganda and so on.
We want you to have peace of mind while on your mission trip in Africa, so we deal with the minor but important details. The projects we work with in Africa-Uganda and Kenya do not have money to cover short term mission volunteer costs and are often struggling to find finances for their work , that is why its necessary that the costs of supporting volunteers are covered.
Typical Africa mission trip. Whilst the experiences taken away by each person will be highly individual, most short term mission trips include a planning phase, a mission phase, and an adventure-Safari phase .
The team are encouraged to take responsibility for their mission trip from the start and they have ownership of the expedition, from initial planning right through to 
getting to the airport on the way home. Members of the team will take on roles and responsibilities under the guidance of the Msafiri team in Africa.
By the end of the mission trip we aim to ensure that each individual feels as though it was their Africa mission trip and that they could repeat it themselves with a minimum of support.
